ECOMUL-II

ECOMUL-II is a minutely polymer-modified asphalt emulsion that provides basic water protection and a vapor retardant barrier for vertical applications. Its elastomeric qualities can handle minimal expansion and contraction movement. ECOMUL-II is designed to be a basic water protection and vapor retardant barrier for vertical application to both below-grade and above-grade surfaces, and is applied with a sprayer to produce a rapid-curing, monolithic coating. It may be used as a base coat for other water-based products. It is VOC compliant, non-hazardous, non-toxic, non-flammable and non-leaching. It is cost-effective and provides excellent dampproofing. It sets rapidly with an initial cure time of 10 minutes and a final cure time of 24-48 hours. ECOMUL-II should be applied to clean, dry surfaces and with any adjacent surfaces protected from contact with the substrate. It should be stored above 40℉ and exposure to UV should be limited. You cannot apply a solvent-based product overtop of ECOMUL-II.
