E.Proformance Underslab

E.Proformance Underslab is ideal for below-grade building foundations not subjected to constant hydrostatic pressure but require waterproofing protection and a single source warranty for both waterproofing and contamination such as methane gas, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) or aeromantic hydrocarbons. E.Proformance Underslab has been awarded a United States Patent, is approved by both City and County of Los Angeles for methane mitigation, and approved by various environmental regulatory agencies for chemical vapor intrusion.

As with all E.Series systems, E.Proformance underslab is designed to be appropriate for all types of building foundations.
E.Proformance underslab has several benefits:
