E.Proformance is a pre-applied blindside waterproofing system for use on below-grade foundation walls on projects with zero-lot-line construction. Designed for full integration with the building foundation walls, E.Proformance is an easy, simple and robust waterproofing solution. System components are as follows:

e.drain, 30 mil HDPE shallow dimple drain mat
60 mil of e.spray polymer modified asphalt

Fullly integrates with the building foundation and compatible with shotcrete.

Provides the highest level of chemical resistance to a wide range of contaminants found in soil and groundwater.
