The height of summer this year also meant two huge opportunities to participate in events focused around brownfield redevelopment: The 2023 National Brownfields Conference, which took place in Detroit, and the Georgia Environmental Conference in Jekyll Island, GA. Needless to say, it was a very busy month - no dog days of summer vibes here!

First up, early in the month, the EPRO team headed to Detroit to exhibit.

The National Brownfields Conference is a huge event, uniting industry professionals, government officials and other stakeholders. Discussion and presentations highlight and share knowledge and best practices on the remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties, known as brownfields.

Later that month, the team packed up and headed to the other side of the country for the Georgia Environmental Conference out at Jekyll Island. This event focuses around environmental activities in Georgia and the Southeast, and is similar in nature to the National Brownfields Conference.

The well-attended event kept our team very busy at the booth, but they were able to enjoy a networking beach party at this fantastic location on Georgia's coast.

Taking some time away from the booth to enjoy the location and catch up with other professionals.
